The CitraSure Air Treatment System (C.A.T.S.) operates in a very different manner.
A small fan draws a portion of room air through a replaceable cartridge saturated
with our proprietary CX-1000 solution which contains citrus extracts and other
ingredients which aid in cleansing, freshening, and deodorizing. CX-1000 is a
naturally based compound extracted from grapefruit seeds. The volatilized CX-1000
is activated as it passes through an electronic exciter column, and is broadcast into
the designated exterior air space. Here, the charged molecules repel each other and
rapidly seek out the sources of odor and contamination where they hide, on interior
surfaces, clothing,furnishings, walls, or in the air. The key difference is that while
other systems require that suspended particles be draw inside for filtration, the
CitraSure Air Treatment System does not.
