Here is an
overview of the online shopping
procedure:
- Go to the SelfSource
homepage.
- Select a
category.
- Browse the
descriptions of the
items, and click on the
name of a desired item.
- This
brings you to the product
description page. Here
you can see a larger
picture of the product,
the price and
description, and you can
click on the "Buy
Online" button to
add it to your shopping
cart.
- For your
convience, SelfSource is
designed so that you can
make a purchase from
almost anywhere withing a
product site just by
clicking on the "Buy
Online" button.
- When you
add a product to your
cart, you will go to the
SelfSource Order Form
page. Here you fill in
your billing and shipping
information and adjust
quantities of products,
etc.
- You will
also be able to register
as a customer by clicking
on the "Save my
information" button
on the top of the form.
This is not required to
make a purchase, but when
you're registered you
have the SelfSource
advantages:
- You don't
have to fill out the
address or transfer your
credit information the
next time you shop. You
just place your order,
click on "Repeat
customer," give your
password, and we use your
customer info on file.
- We
establish a SelfSource
Smart Statement page just
for you that shows your
entire shopping history
at SelfSource - what you
bought, when, and the
status of every order.
You can look at your
account any time you
want, and it's only
accessible by you.
- You can
get to your SelfSource
Smart Statement account
from the Customer Service
page, or just Click Here
if you're registered.
During
registration you enter Name,
address, phone number, E-mail
address, and a different shipping
address if you like. On every
order, you get a chance to
overide information in your
registration, such as sending to
a different address, or using a
different credit card.
- You can
make your purchase form
the order form at any
time by clicking
"Buy Now" at
the bottom of the form,
or click "Return to
store" and continue
shopping.
- You submit
your order. Via First Union's
Secure Sales, your credit
approval is processed on
the spot, and you're
done!
- We don't
bill your card until the
order ships. When that
happens, a Confirmation
Order is sent as an Email
advising you of the
shipping date. We
guarantee shipping of all
in-stock orders within 1
to 3 business days.
Unfortunately,
we are presently unable to take
orders by check over the
internet. To place an order with
a check or money order by
telephone, please call us at

Friday, between 8:30 am and 5 pm
E.S.T.
Placing an
order by fax is also easy. Just
select the order by fax option on
the products page, fill out the
shipping and payment information,
print the form, and send it to us
via your fax.
If
you wish to pay by check or money
order, select the order by mail
option on the products page, fill
out the shipping and payment
information form and send us
payment by mail. Please allow an
additional 10 business days for
checks to clear.
