Career Highlights: Fourteen years with Bristol-Myers, with eight years in senior management positions in that company's Zimmer Patient Care Division. A member of the company's Divisional Management Committee, he participated in various operational, marketing, financial, and engineering functions at Zimmer.

Additional experience at Bristol-Myers included research and business development. Later became President of Clinitex Corporation, a producer of orthopedic and specialty medical devices and related products for hospitals, long-term care facilities and in-home care. Holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Bioengineering from Clemson University.

William J. Taylor IV, Vice-President / Business Development

Career Highlights: Nike, Inc. Retail Division, Operations Management including sales, marketing, and inventory control. Anheuser-Busch, Inc. OJOP Management training program, Supervisor of Plant Personnel including operations and human resources management. Clinitex Medical, Operations Manager participating in operational, marketing, financial, research and development of orthopedic and specialty medical devices.

Former World Class Athlete competing for Nike and Adidas, along with several U.S. National Teams including three U.S. World Cross Country Championship Teams. Holds a B.A. in Exercise Science and Physiology from Central Michigan University.

Steve Lukoskie, Vice-President / Finance

Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of Microban Products Company.

Career Highlights: Nine years with KPMG Peat Marwick, Steve rose to the level of senior manager in the firm’s Charlotte, NC tax department where his responsibilities included tax planning, consulting and compliance services for
corporations, partnerships, exempt organizations and individuals.

Later became the Vice President of Finance for Bahakel Communications, a radio, television and cable operator. Steve is also a Major in the U.S. Army Reserves with nineteen years of service. Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from California State University, Sacramento.

Barnwell Ramsey, Vice President / Operations Product Development

Career Highlights: Began medical industry career with the Zimmer Division of
Bristol-Myers Squibb in purchasing / materials management, product development, and operations management. Became the Director Of Purchasing of Zimmer, Inc. controlling all purchasing and production planning for a multi-plant operation.

Later became Senior Vice President, Operations of Clinitex Corporation, directing all manufacturing, regulatory, and administrative functions for orthopedic and specialty medical products. Holds a undergraduate degree from Clemson University, and graduate Clinical Engineering degree from Clemson University and Medical University of South Carolina.

Henry L. Richbourg, Vice President / Business Development

Career Highlights: Began career developing new types of orthopedic implants including total hips and total knees for Zimmer Division of Bristol-Myers. Managed Worldwide Sales Training for 5 years. Managed the Company's Specialty Products business unit. Director of Engineering and Development for its Patient Care Division. Holds a B.S. and M.S. degrees in Bioengineering from Clemson University.
